What's your problem exactly?

Do you get an error report or crash, or are you not sure how to install them in the first place?

i crash when i load up minecraft with mods and i deletd the MATA-INF folder and just keep crashing sorry for my bad spelling

Even if it's a regular crash, a crash report can tell us what the problem is exactly.

okay i fixed it i found out i had a some kind of modloader that optifine can't work with.
