I download the final 1.5 update since is online. I have already mod install in my minecraft 1.4.7 before. When I start the new mcpatcher he said to me my minecraft is already mod and I have to delete minecraft 1.4.7.jar and minecraft.jar and redownload with the minecraft client. I do it and my minecraft don't want to open again. It stuck on the loading screen. I'm on mac if it's can help you to help me. Thank for the one who can help me with this

Yes I know I can't use old mods with the 1.5 but my problem is my minecraft don't want to open it stuck on the update screen. I just open mcpatcher for unpatch my mod and it say to my I have to delete minecraft 1.4.7.jar and minecraft.jar. But it's don't work my minecraft do not start again and i try to redownload it and it don't start. I just want to open my vanilla minecraft for normaly play.

To be honest I didn't understand that.

Options --- Force Update --- login

If this does not work you may try manual updating by grapping a 1.4.7 Minecraft.jar and the replacing it with a 1.5 minecraft.jar.

Thank you it's work with the force update. My minecraft start again. My other problem is mcpatcher said to me again my minecraft is already patch and could be conflict with others mods. I just want to clear my minecraft of old mods and install new texture pack for 1.5. I don't understand why mcpatcher said I have mods install because I have already delete minecraft 1.4.7.jar and minecraft.jar. If somebody could help me with this I will be very grateful.
