For a long long time I've put up with crap lag and 1-10 FPS. It's getting to the point where I'm unable to enjoy Minecraft and I'm getting beaten up by Creepers and Zombies even though I have full diamond armour and a diamond sword because of the lag. There's so much, every 1-2 minutes I have to quit the world and reload it to clear the lag. I've tried everything that reduces lag, Optifine, Tiny Render Distance, setting Javaw to High Priority, Setting performance to Max FPS, all them at once, etc. I do have mods installed, but I lag even without them. I looked up "What is normal FPS for minecraft" on Google and found a poll where most people had 30-60 FPS and some had even more. Some Information about my Computer:

Can someone please tell me how I can get rid of this evil, stupid lag. Thank you!
