Forge?: Yes, but it happens even if I switch my .jars

Yesterday I first noticed this bug, yet I had changed nothing about my system or my minecraft.
For some reason, I cannot shift click items to move them, and I also cannot move items around my inventory unless I am holding my mouse down, and that is still glitchy.
Is anyone else having this problem, or know how to fix it?
