I can't be sure, but I think Galacticraft is the problem. Try temporarily removing it, and see if that fixes the issue.

i have fix it by forcing update the game and didn't install any mod

Try installing one mod at a time, and see which one causes the crash.

Render api pack 1.7 is crashing the game

Better fonts or Minimap.

I'm having the same problem, but only in the server's spawn.

I have both those mods.

Removed Better Fonts and logged in fine.
