Ok, I am only running Forge, the Invasion Mod(the one with the flux and stuff), Optifine and TMI. My Computer specs are as follows:

I still only get about 10-30 at the highest, and it stutters occasionally. How much memory should be allocated to MC in order to at least run smoothly, with hardly any lag?
