when i first run minecraft it works fine. then if i go to run it again it gives me this everytime. but if i delete the stuff in config folder it works again. idk what that means

like i have the mods installed and i run it for the first time it works fine no errors or anything. then i go to run it again then it gives me that error. if i delete my config it works fine again. so idk if its something with the configs of the mods or what
