I am running Minecraft v1.4.7 with the mod Optifine HD D5 mod loaded manually (I pasted the .class files myself). There are no other mods, texture packs, etc loaded (it's otherwise vanilla). Minecraft works fine until I enable the multi-threaded chunk loading feature. It then just crashes with no error report and creates a .log file in the same directory as minecraft.exe. (I have included the contents in a spoiler.) It happens on every world and only ever on "building world", or if multiplier, "logging in".
Edit: Removed
As for system specs: I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64x a Quad Core i7 CPU (8 threads) and an AMD 7730m (2gb DDR3) GPU (It's a medium to high end performance laptop GPU that Radeon designed. I really like it, it's a nice card for it's price.) and have 8 gb RAM loaded. I have Java version 7 update 15.
