Recently, I have been trying to install mods for Minecraft 1.4.7. I have the mods ready to be installed, but whenever I try to open the minecraft.jar, I get an error report and nothing opens. I have tryed reinstalling Minecraft but that does not help. I'm using 7-zip on a 64-bit client. Heres the error report.
Can not open file
'C:\Users\~\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\minecraft.jar' as archive
Any help would be much appreciated.
I opened the file with the 64-bit version of 7-zip. I have used it on other computers before, but only now is it acting up.
