Something wrong with minecraft fullscreen mode

For some reason every time I put minecraft into fullscreen at the main menu al the words from minecraft forge and Optifine are all scrunched up and when I am ingame my potion effect bar you can see only half of it and not even the side that shows you the effect and also I have NEI/ Not Enough Items and when I put it into fullscreen all of the NEI stuff shows up completely black can someone please help me with this problem.

Not sure, I've had problems with Fullscreen and Auto GUI size in the past though.
