Okay, so I've tried a couple of mods SMP and they seem to conflict with my HD texture packs.. Upon removing the mods and re-patching with MC Patcher my texture packs are fine again but, I of course lose the mods.
Is there something I am doing wrong? The texture pack works without the mods, and the mods work perfectly too, but mess up the texture packs.
I'll try that. Do you know if it has any problems running mods with HD textures? it seems like as soon as I delete the META-INF folder from my minecraft.jar thats when my HD texture pack acts up with the mods.
