I am currently trying to play minecraft feed the beast mod pack, and some how it does this thing where things freeze up for a few moments then resumes only to freeze up again. its to a point where its pretty much unplayable.
its even done this to the normal unmodded minecraft, where I can only go so far, like a few minutes before it freezes up making it hard for me to play.
I have no idea whats going on here, and its getting a BIT on my nerves. The game used to run fine on my computer and even when modded it ran pretty good. What happened from then to now? I have no idea.
I feel like I've siad this every day for the last week or so.
If you have a problem with FTB then you need to seek help on the FTB forums. They will be able to help you best.
Also I doubt even they could help you too much seeing as all your really telling us is that you are getting sever lag. Which is something most every minecraft player has to deal with every once in a while.
Humanity is the creation of Logic and Emotion, Calculation and Imagination, Cold Analysis and Blind Faith. This is why I believe it is a strange Human that would prize one while shunning the other. For a calculator can do math just as well as you, but a calculator can not use math to make the world a better place.
I have also gotten the same lag and freeze up from normal minecraft. I play for a few minutes and suddenly its just stops, then starts back up for a few moments then freezes again. its not JUST FTB that does it.

Well again my point still stands. Not much we can do to help you if its just being laggy. Try Optifine, allocate more RAM. All the generic things people say to reduce lag. But with out computer specs or a crash report of some kind or any other kind of technical info there isn't much any one can do.
As a side note. Capitalizing '. . .just FTB. . .' is putting the emphasis on the wrong words. You should capitalize '. . .not just. . .' to really stress the point that its also happening on vanilla. Because some readers will just skim the post instead of actually reading it.

i managed to get it to work, I just had to switch to power saving mode.. I have downladed Optifine, and I will try to get THAT to work as well. I am no good at most computer stuff sadly. But thank you for the advice. I can at least get it to work now.
