So a couple days ago, I opened up my minecraft launcher, and it became frozen. It won't let me click any buttons, but they aren't locked. The minecraft launcher looks completely fine, but when I try to click anything, it won't let me. The only way I can close it is drag up from the taskbar and a thing comes up saying 'close window' so I click that and it works fine.
So anyway, I decided "Oh, okay, I'll just go to minecraft.net and play it in-browser."
So I did that, and it told me I needed to update my java. "Oh, okay, maybe that's what's wrong with my launcher, too!" So I updated my java, and my launcher began working correctly again. But today, I opened up the launcher, and it was frozen again. So I went to java.com and I needed a new update. So I installed it, but my launcher still won't work.

Any details I can think of:

I have windows 7 (Does that make a difference? Not sure)
The ONLY working mod I have installed is the Huge trees are huge mod
All the other mods I try just don't work. But if they make a difference:

ModLoader
WorldEdit
ShapeShifter

I think that's all.

Please Help!!!

Do you mean the entire .minecraft folder or just the winrar one?

Ok well I deletred it but now it wont let me reinstall it

when I try redownloading it it says the publisher couldnt be veryfied (it was a firwall message) so i turned off my firewall and it still wont work so I clicked run and its still frozen

Okay I did that and it still won't work, it's still frozen

Thank you so much! It lets me log in and stuff now but it says 'updating minecraft' then gets stuck at 'done loading'

Also I deleted all my mods that dont work, so pretty much everything other than the huge trees are huge mod
