Hey I am making a client with mods and I recently added the millonair mod and I can't for the life of me figure it out, I even deleted the mod and created a new world and its still there:
The black lava while im inside it:
The black lava wont even fan out next to broken blocks:
The list of mods I have installed:
- Balkon's weapon mod
- Buildcraft (No its not oil)
- Backpack
- DevineRPG
- DrZharks MoCreatures mod
- industrailcraft
- PortalGun

EDIT: Is there any way to get rid of it, though?
I really dont know! I believe that there isn't because it must be some feature of the mod.
Also, this mod adds extremely hard bosses and mobs, I think a little of that lava it's just a climatizer

EDIT: After deleting my whole .minecraft folder, the problem seems to be fixed. I don't know which mod is causing the problem.
EDIT2: It came back again =(
EDIT3: Hmm. After disabling NEI, Divine RPG, and Smart Moving, the lava just disappearred.
EDIT4: Yep, just as I though. DivineRPG was somehow causing the problem, which is sad because I really like that mod.
Somehow, some lava spawns the regular color, but some spawn black:
