I am using Technic SSP and have, for the most part, been using it for the last six hours or so error-free.
Quite suddenly, it is lagging, the FPS is next to nothing, and it takes countable seconds for any movement to take place after hitting the key. I've recorded 3-7 seconds of time quite frequently.
I checked all my settings; all are optimized to be fast-all advanced graphics are turned off, no animations, etc etc. Yet this is still going on. It's not my computer-everything else is running lag free-and I can't possibly be out of RAM, as I just rebooted an hour ago and I've barely strayed 100 blocks from my spawn point.
Can anyone explain how to fix this? It's getting unbearable!
I won't even go into the must-place-two-blocks-every-time glitch on many of my maps that won't go away...

[SSSS] I rarely post. My dream is to build a sprawling MC farm with villages, animals, and tons of crops. I love it. It's calming. Can anyone please help? Please? !t's getting to the po!nt where load!ng the map causes my computer to freeze. !t's a flat map w!th only three bu!ld!ngs on !t... (! apolog!ze for the !s, !'m order!ng a new keyboard ton!ght or tomorrow as th!s one has lost some keys.)
Also, ! can't fly or jump at all now, and the lag !s mak!ng up to th!rty second delays !n mov!ng forward too.
