Last night I downloaded a few mods (Modloader, Too Many Items, SPC, Better Sprinting, PowerCraft, Optifine, InvTweaks, Crafting Guide, Timber, Rei's MiniMap) and they all worked fine, as I played around with them for a couple hours. Then today, I start up minecraft and whenever I try to join any world a couple chunks loads, then It freezes then I get the following:
