As the title says, my Minecraft has low Fps, i use Optifine, and i play at the worst resolutions possible, with the least details, But still, my minecraft stops suddently, it stays frozen by around 5 minutes and then it comes back, one more minute to a massive lag stop so i can play again, sometimes i pass more time waiting it unfreeze other than really playing the game, How to improve my gameplay experience? There is nothing else to do other to buy a new computer
I wont put my computer specs here, because i dont know what they are, but probably they are stone-aged anyways.

We WILL need your computer specs if you want help, but if they're as ancient as you say, you just need a new computer.
You can get computer specs off of System Information

I have been in your place, so just trust me on this. You can't speed it up short of a 2x2 texture pack. (Hooray for individual textures in 1.5!) Just get a new computer, somehow.
