So when I was installing a mod on Minecraft, It Said And I Quote " Cannot Rename __rzi0.887 to C:\Silver Spark\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\minecraft.jar The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." So I force updated, removed ALL mods, and Tried It Again but still got the Same Error. Any Suggestions on A Solution To This Problem. If you're wondering I Am Using WinRAR. Thanks.

this means that another program is using that file, so it cannot be coppied / moved / renamed.

Make sure you don't accidentally have another instance of Winrar open. That is what is probably causing the problem.

Tried that By completely uninstalling WinRAR and Re-installing it but got the same error

theres also the fact that AppData\Roaming\ is a protected directory...

And I Can't Delete and make a new .minecraft Because it suffers the same error

This might be a dumb question, but have you tried restarting your computer?

open minecraft and change the install directory to your documents folder. Then rerun minecraft and try again.

So you mean move .minecraft to Documents right? I've tried to move it. It just gets the same error

I Know this might be a stupid question but is it possible to remove everything of minecraft including .minecraft? If it is possible this is the best solution I Have.

UPDATE GUYS! My PC restarted automatically and I checked for errors and it turned out Fine! Thanks Bros for helping me. SILVER OUT!

Turns out it was just an error with Skype being open was what caused the problem.
