Hey I did some mod installs and I am having an issue with the weapon being cut up.

The mods I installed:
OptiFine_1.4.6_HD_U_B4

GLSL Shaders OF [1.4.7] 1.1.7

SEUS v10 RC5 for Minecraft 1.3.1

Hope you guys can help me

I suggest uninstalling the mods one by one (optifine last if i remember correctly) Then seeing which one is causing it then writing a bug report to the mod creator.
Remember to backup your .minecraft before you do this.
