The installation instructions for EE2 says install modloader AND forge, but I know they don't work together and forge has modloader in with it or some such. Anyway, I put EE2 into the mods folder like it says, but forge isn't even recognizing that anything is there. Any help would be much appreciated. My apologies if I posted this in the wrong place, wasn't sure where to ask.


I'd also like to add EE2 to my already modded MC that I made which includes:
Twilight Forest
NEI
Rei's Minimap
Treecapitator
Fast Build
Mo' Creatures
Optifine

EE2, you say? Because last I checked, that is for Minecraft 1.2.5. The current version, for comparison, is 1.4.7.

So, in short, it is impossible to install EE2 on 1.4.7. You now have 2 options.

1. Downgrade your client with a downgrading tool such as this one: http://www.mcvc.in/ and follow the installation instructions.

2. Use EE3, the re-write of EE2, that is for 1.4.7

K, I'm still quite new to mods so give me a break, whatever EE that is in tekkit, is that EE3? I didn't realize EE2 was for 1.2.5.




EDIT: Nvm, I looked it up, I don't want EE3, no red matter or condensers, kinda defeats the purpose for why I wanted it, thanks for the help I guess
