When I launch minecraft, my screen starts to stutter/shake for no reason causing weird graphical stuff to happen. It makes it near impossible to play and it is more like my player is having a seizure. I'm running between 20-50 fps. (28 average)
I posted this here because I have the following mods installed:
Mod loader
Optifine
Rei's Minimap
Inventory Tweaks
Side note: I recently updated java and my graphics.
Some computer specs:
Windows 7 HP (64 bit)
AMD Radeon HD 56520G graphics
Processor: AMD A6-3140MX APU with Radeon Dual HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~1.6GHz
if its happening in vanilla then mods can be ruled out.
a way to see if its minecraft, or the graphics card would be to run different games or programs and see how they act, tho minecraft is a java game unlike most others which use different coding stuff which might make it hard to emulate the issue outside of minecraft
maybe check the amd forums, it maybe the latest drivers are a little buggy?

Moderatorand do you get the issue with vanilla?
I recorded the menu stuttering but when I recorded in-game the stuttering went away. Just imagine the menu stuttering but 5x worse.
NOTE:
It didn't show in my recording so I assume it must be my graphics card or something?
