I would like to get IndustrialCraft 2 v.2_1.111 onto my Minecraft game. I install ModLoader 1.4.7 and tried BOTH Forge 6.6.0.497 and 6.6.0.518. Forge goes and the Mojang screen appears, but then my screen goes blank. My Minecraft works just fine before I put IC2 into my mods folder with Forge and ModLoader. I have tried several ways to remedy this, but have come up with nothing but the same thing. Any suggestions?
I simply installed ModLoader first, ran the game and then installed Forge and ran the game. Everything worked fine. I have 1.4.7. And it happens even when I just have Forge.
Alot of other mods, including BuildCraft and Factorization all work completely fine. It's IC2 that is having the issues. I don't have any others installed at the moment, however.

??? Why would you install ModLoader if you're going to install Forge?
Try without the bolded step.

But as NobodyCare said. Don't use Modloader and forge together. It WILL cause problems, they won't work together. The game may launch, but it will cause errors and crashes while you are playing.

Thanks alot for that link. It worked. I guess I didn't realise 1.4.5 didn't work with 1.4.7 cause I had seen alot of other mods show 1.4.5/1.4.6/1.4.7. Thanks for the help. ^^'

You need to use the version of IC2 for 1.4.7 (1.115) http://forum.industr...d&threadID=8831
