I do not know where to post this and I do not want to post it in the wrong area ...... My minecraft issue is that when were are running minecraft locally (not on server), all is well. When we log onto any server, everything loads as expected, but if we try to type a command in, such as "spawn", we can type the "s", p, a, w and then it freezes and does not allow last character to be typed in and the game freezes with the only option to control-alt-delete out of it. Background: Minecraft v 1.4.7, divine rpg, pixelmon, pixelmod, too many items, latest version of java and forge loaded. Everything has worked fine for two weeks, on and off server. As of yesterday, started lock up issue when on a server. In stand alone mode, no issues that we are aware of. It does not matter what command we try to enter, it allows all but the last character of the command to be entered and as soon as the last character is entered, it locks up. Now that I think of it, it acts as if it will not allow commands to be entered as it locks up on any command as soon as it would be executed as the last character is entered. We have tried 5 different servers and 5 different commands. We have not added or deleted any mods or any minecraft changes in 2 weeks. My son is on it every day, so it has worked all along till yesterday. ..........................................So that is my problem. Can you help me by telling me where I should post it ? It is an issue that only appears when we are on a server, but it does not appear to belong in the "servers" area of the forums..........................Any help of where to post would be appreciated.
