As said in the title, my minecraft crashes after leaving the nether. I see one frame of my overworld, and it freezes and crashes. After I open Minecraft back up, it is fine until I go back into the nether and leave the nether again. This is especially a pain because I'm working on an automatic lava pump system in the nether and am constantly going in and out of the nether.
