I can't tame Ocelots. I feed them more than 64 Raw Fish and still not tamed. Several attempts, I've tried. I only have 2 Mods. I have Rei's Minimap and the Enderdragon Mount Mod. Is it the mods affecting my game or is this a current bug with 1.4.7? I appreciate your response.

Try just playing in Regular, unmodified Vanilla Minecraft, and seeing if this happens. If you can successfully tame them, then it must be an issue with one of your mods.
