ModLoader Missing?

I'm trying to install ModLoader, however every time I download it, I get a

"C\Pcname\Downloads\Modloader.zip is missing"

Yes I'm downloading from the correct site:

Anyone else getting this problem?

Try Manually installing it.

I didn't know you were having trouble completely downloading.
Do you have antivirus?
