Alright, so I play on a server called ecocitycraft. whenever I try to play on it now, Minecraft gives me this message; Failed to login: java.net.ConnectException: connect: Address is invalid on local machine, or port is not valid on remote machine. I got this message after installing Optifine Mod and Too Many Items mod. Any help is appreciated. Oh, and I installed the mods using Magic Launcher. I use a PC

P.S-- I installed the same mods on my other PC and it works fine.
