Okay, so when I click Open With, then I clicked browse, and from there I can't find the java directory.

If you can help I would really appreciate it!

Download a program named WinRAR, and open the minecraft.jar with that.

I would use 7-Zip over Winrar. It's the same thing, but it's free past 30 days. Free forever, actually.

WinRAR costs around 30 [Fill in the blank, currency]. It is free only for the first 30 days.

I don't want to argue on this much and get off-topic, but you need either of them to open up the minecraft.jar
I recommend opening two of them at once, one in the minecraft.jar and one where you downloaded the mod to. Drag the files from the mod into the .jar file, in most cases.
