hey, i know this topic might be on the wrong section. still getting used to it

anyways, i've been trying to install a Shader mod for MC on Mac. but it doesnt seem to work. which still looks like default MC to me

here's the mod i tried based on this video

I've installed OptiFine and Sonic Shader's mod but they dont seem to work for me.

Mac Specs:

iMac 27''
Core i5 3.2GHz
8GB RAM
1gb AMD 6970
