Minecraft wont load.

I modded my MC and now it wont load a world up, it just says loading world, and wont go beyond the loading screen.
I have Optifine, backpack mod, Rei minimap, TMI, biomes oh plenty, mob spawner, mo creatures, dungeon pack, gems plus and underground biomes installed. All say ok in magic launcher any ideas?
Forge is installed
