Minecraft crash at nether

Minecraft 1.4.7 (this happened back in minecraft 1.4.6 too)

Hi, I have a little problem with my minecraft...
After being mining some netherrack from the nether I decided to explore it but when i tried to go to certain places, my minecraft crashed and corrupted my world (I have lots of backups so it isn't a problem)...
After a lots of fails trying to explore the nether (lots of crashes) finally I found a nether fortress, after being killed by a ghast and some fire bats, I finally did my way to the nether fortress and then my minecraft crashed -.- (I really need some nether wart)
When i try to get closer to the nether fortress my minecraft crashes and corrupts my world (like before).

I hope someone can help me

Try removing one mod at a time, then go into the nether and see if it still crashes.

I don't know why but in a new world it doesn't crash...
Somehow after lots of tries, it's working (it crashes in other parts of the nether but...), i went to a little adventure in the overworld and when I went back to try again it didn't crashed!
I think it's a mob or my nether is bugged... Is there a way to regenerate the nether?

um i dont think so, only way i know of is to make a new world.

I can kill fire bats, i don't think that's the problem... and I tried spawning al the mobs in the nether and the mobs aren't the problem...
and good news! i got the nether wart!
