Hi, I'm playing on 1.4.7, and the only mods I have installed are Rei's Minimap and Optifine. When I walk around my world, mostly in a certain area near my house, the ground flickers between being there and not there, if that makes sense. Meaning that for anywhere between a brief instant and 5 seconds or so, the ground disappears and I can see through to all the underground caves and stuff. It's incredibly irritating. Can anyone help me?

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I have Sphax BD Craft x128 texture pack.

Do you have your render distance on far?
What video card do you have?
Is your CPU getting hot?
