Happened when i tried to install forestry a 1.7.0.1

As I recall it requires the latest version of forge.

I have deteremined the problem, It was a incompatibility issue with a older version of Extra bees (1.4.9.4) and Foresty.

I upgraded Extra bees to [Latest (1.4.9.14)]

Yes, the forestry api changed a bit in 1.7.0.0 so you needed to update any mods that use the forestry api
