Ok, whenever I walk around ANYWHERE, I get really bad lag. Like down to 5 fps and sometimes nothing at all.
Minecraft 1.4.6 official
Mod List:
Optifine 1.4.6 HD Ultra A2
Buildcraft latest recommended build for 1.4.6
IC2 3.111 1.4.6 minecraft
InfiBlocks for 1.4.6
Jammy Furniture mod 1.4.6 minecraft
TooManyItems December 20th update
ComputerCraft latest 1.4.6 build
OS: Windows Vista SP2 32-bit
GC: NVidia GeForce 8400 GS
Processor: Intel Pentium D 2.8 Ghz dual core
2GB RAM
I know, increase the RAM, faster processor, etc etc. However, my parents and I don't have the money right now. Is there anything I can do to reduce or even eliminate the lag? I've tried allocating 1GB of RAM to Minecraft.
Note: I am using the MultiMC launcher.

if you are using optifine then try changing chunk loading to multicore or smooth, other then that disable mods get a lower res texture pack and change the resoultion to about 1024*768 or 800*600 and play in full screen if it still lags try moving it down to 640*480.
Yeah, have chunk loading on smooth, default texture pack(16x16 vanilla), I'll try your resolution options for full screen. If they work, great, if not oh well.
