Need help, shaders mod not working...

So I install the GLSL shader mod with or without optifine and I get these annoying black outlines of all moving blocks, like on grass or leaves, and it looks pretty much stupid. Halp me?

First. What type of graphics card do you have?

Second. Which GLSL shader mod are you using? There a a few so knowing which one will help.

Radeon HD 7770 1GB Graphics card. I use sonic ethers, and even just the test shaders that come with the GLSL Of mod
