Whenever I'm playing minecraft, I only get 7-18 FPS. I don't know if it's the mods, or my computer..I tried giving minecraft more memory, change the video settings, etc...And I'm still not getting anything positive from it.

Monitor: LG FLATRON E2350

It's probably because of your integrated graphics, not the mods. If you get a discreet graphics card, you will get a better framerate.

Wow, nice specs. The lack of a proper video card is screwing you though. For $100 you could get a gt 640. For $200 you could get a gt 660 ti. For $400 you could get a sli 660 ti, which shouldn't be a problem considering you have a 700 watt psu.
