Hanging message from FML after installing Mo' Creatures Mod?

I just recently installed the Mo' Creatures Mod, and was starting up minecraft to check it out, but it recieved this message from FML:
FML is setting up your minecraft environment
Please wait, FML has some tasks to do before you can play

and it has a download bar underneath, but it has just beeen hanging there at 0% finished

Has anybody had this experience? Do you know how to fix it?
Please help!

Did you delete the meta-inf before installing forge?

It does matter, forge include those files for compatibility reasons.
Can you use the advanced minecraft error test and post the log here?
