I've been having this issue for quite some time now, and I believe it stems from Forge, I'm not sure if it is Forge or not.
But every time I try to make a new world i get this error:

The only mods I have is latest Forge, Optifine, Damage Indicators, Rei's Minimap, Chicken Core, and NEI.
Now if I put say Red Powered 2 in FML will not even connect and crash causing the game not to load up.
This happens with all mods, not the ones I previously mentioned, and it's getting frustrating not to be able to play.
So what could be wrong here?
