MineVideo for 1.4.6 not compatible with forge?

I have installed forge version "Build 6.5.0.481: 2012-12-24 09:22:23 for MC: 1.4.6" universal. To tell the truth, I don't even know what that means, but anyway, after I installed forge, I tried to install MineVideo, but it won't work. Whenever I login, it goes to the Mojang screen and stays there. I have no other mods, if that helps.
I have tried redownloading and reinstalling both MineVideo and forge, but nothing is working :/

Forge 6.5.0.481 doesn't work. Try downgrading to Forge 6.5.0.480
