Crashes and error report comes up when I press ESC or try to open my inventory.

I'm running
Mincraft 1.4.6
Optifine 1.4.6
Windows XP
Java 6

I have to use optifine to get an fps above 7, and I have to use 1.4.6 because my server updated.

Any ideas?

Hi there!

You probably need to reinstall Optifine. Windows sometimes gets caught up on things named aux. In this instance, "Aux.class"

I got it to work! I used to install optifine by changing the .jar to a .zip, extracting it with extraction wizard, dragging the optifine files into the extracted folder, and then putting a .jar on the end of that.

But I guess that method doesn't work with the new one, so I downloaded magic launcher and that works.

So...yeah...I guess I did just have to re-install it.

I use Magic Launcher too, and i can run Minecraft without optifine, but when i put optifine into magic launcher my minecraft crashes as soon as I open my single player world. Any solutions? This is also for 1.4.6
