so i went through about 6 forums trying to get help but none of them are helping and i really want mods with forge since almost all of them require it. i get this error and i know what you're thinking, "install these .jar files they will help!" well i already had those files and i downloaded the same ones so i just replaced them and it didn't really do anything so if i could get some help here is the error

You have 2 CodeChickenCore and Not enough items jar in your core mods folder.
Delete the older ones.

It looks like Forge is trying to download some files, but it can't. Try disabling your firewall or proxy to let them download. Or, you can try downloading the files manually.

Nothing clever here.
