I have absolutely no idea how this happened. Each time I start MC, this error comes up after the Mojang screen:

Forge Mod Loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation
The mods and versions listed below could not be found
Forge: [:4.1.4.287,)
The file 'ForgeModLoader-client-0.log' contains more information

So I decided to look at this file and it showed this:

What should i do now?

Funny, I got the same thing, I had mods installed already but when I downloaded Railcraft, this message popped up. I guess this mod is from the future since the latest Forge I know is 4.1.1.125

I am also having this problem. Most of the mods that I downloaded with Forge have not worked either, even when I follow the directions exactly. It would boot up properly, show the Mojang logo, and then black screen. Now when I try to get Railcraft to work I get this error instead. It was the same as above except a different version:

Here's a piece of the log. Before the clip I'm posting it just repeats the same line (adding item) with a different number so I figure you don't need it.

For now I won't use Railcraft, but that's not a permanent solution. I want the mod! >_>
