I think i have a corrupted nether. I crash only in the nether and only after a travel a bit a distance ina particular direction. I've heared of teh concept of a corrupted chunk and that might be my problem however i have no way to know if that is the problem, there is no visual indicication of something, just a crash however it does SEEM to be localized ina particular area. I have multiple past save games going back a month and even the earliest of these seem to be corrupted and exhibit that spacial issue.
Not really sure what to do , i don't want to start a new world as i've puts a significant amount of work in this one. Also i seem to remember world files having a nether world file and being able to delete this to resolve corruption issues. MC no longer saves files this way so that is not an option anymore.
