It looks like a problem with gangnam mod, try putting it into the mods folder instead of in the jar.
If it doesn't work in the mods folder, and has to go in the jar, I would guess it's not compatible with forge.

Actually, the instructions to install it state I have to put it in the jar, so I guess I wont be seeing Psy run around my worlds screaming 'Oppa Gangnam Style' when I hit him...Such a shame.

I would try again with a fresh jar file. If that doesn't work, contact the mod creator.

I was searching around on PlanetMinecraft for various mods, and I saw 'Gangnam Style mod' and thought 'I gotta check this out.'
