i am playing with a couple of friends on the old 1.3.2 with the DNS techpack. yesterday i was playing, i went to lunch, came back and tried to get back on and it stopped loading after the dns screen went away, basically went to black. now i know my computer updates itself, i looked into java updates, i didn't see anything, but i made a batch file so i could see what was running in the back ground and see what the error was and this is what i got:

DNS versions before 6.04 has a buggy version of the Socialite mod, according to This Google-cached version of a forum post on their site. It seems that it's trying to download a file, and, when the file fails to download, the mod crashed, causing the client to crash. Remove Socialite by deleting Socialite2.0 v2.2.zip and this should work.

worked...but now i'm having a crash when the chests are opening...i've asked my friend to please update to the newest version of everything. thanks!
