Hello there, I'm currently having a problem where whenever I hit Mouse 4 and Mouse 5, the menu pops up. It never did this before and only does this when the game is windowed. While under normal circumstances this wouldn't be a problem, but I use Mouse 4 for my talk button in Teamspeak. So you can imagine how annoying it is for me to talk and play at the same time.
I amd currently up todate on the patches(1.4.4) and have Zombe's mod pack installed. If you can help me out that would be great.
Just a heads up bumping is apparently against the rules and this shouldn't be in modded clients.
It might be happening because minecraft thinks you are tabing out of the game, like if you swtich to the internet while playing it automatically pauses the game for you. If it is trying to pause the game then nothing should happen if you have your inventory screen up when you hit m4
Try binding mouse 4 or 5 to list players or somthing and see if minecraft will accept the command without trying to swtich windows.
I'd rather bump the thread than create 20 different threads asking for help. I have a modded client which is why I put it in here.
I seemed to have a epiphany on the subject. I messed around with my razer mouse controls and it seems to not do it. As of now it's fixed but I'll update if it happens again some time tomorrow.
I see what you mean about the bumping, in your type of situation its excusable,yet there is still a rule about it.
My reasoning for thinking that this post was in the wrong section was the fact that the issue wasn't mod related.

Good job on resolving your problem though.
The rule for bumping in the support section:
Threads can be "Bumped" every 12 hours if no one responds
Yeah I figured it was either 12 hours or 24 hours.
Also I still have the problem now. The previous solution I though I figured out was not actually the solution. The settings for it apparently did nothing for the problem.
I would suggest deleting your options.txt file from in the minecraft folder. I've got a naga and have no issues with it tabbing out of the game if I use those buttons.
If deleting the options.txt didn't change anything, then it is most likely something with that mouse.

If the Deathadder has any software that comes with it, I'd check in that to see if you can change anything there.

Look for updated drivers for the mouse.

Looked at the LWJGL and had no idea what was going on or how do install/update it. Link to a competent tutorial?
