Crafting menus are blank :$ please help

The mods I use are: optifine, and single player commands. That's it. When I open a chest, workbench, furnace, or enchantment table etc, the whole crafting menu is blank white. I will post a screenshot when I get the chance. I'm running 1.4.5. Any help is greatly appreciated

The screen say missing?, hmm, i read 4 threads about this, it's a know problem, in vainilla its the same error.

Yea, update LWGL to 2.8.5 and change your texture pack, i fixed this.
