A detailed walkthrough of the error, its code path and all known details is as follows:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, The error says what You've just said, theres an issue with the volt detector. You could try to use an external map editor to delete the object from the game, then it would allow it to be loaded again... I can't think of any off hand though, sorry
Well, if It's simply a known error with one of the mods, updating them could solve the issue, but if it's not, than it would be more complicated than that.
You could(I'm not very familiar with all the mods You're using, so I don't know how plausible this is) avoid using the item/block You tried placing, as if You don't use it, You shouldn't encounter anymore errors; I doubt that's what You're looking to hear though.
If there happens to be some sort of compatibility issue between the mods You're using, then You would have to get rid of the mod that's causing the issue.
Unfortunately since I don't use the mod combination You do, I have no way of actually testing to see what specifically of the above could be the issue
Are these mods put together as a modpack somewhere, or is it a custom modpack You've put together Yourself?
On final suggestion I have(I'll see if I can't find some more information on possible fixes) is to try asking on the main thread of the mod that adds in the voltometer(I think thats Universal Electricity(?) based on the error report, but Like i said, I'm unfamiliar with these mods, so I honestly am not sure), and see if anyone has experienced a similar error, or has any suggestions there.
Goodluck.
