Just recently I've noticed that, whenver I venture into previously unexplored parts of my worlds, Minecraft crashes continuously. It stops doing this if I turn back, or if I go back to revisit the same area again, and seems to happen in all biomes. It's extremely noticable in new worlds, but worlds I've had since 1.3 are also doing it. Mods I'm currently using are Forge Modloader, Optifine, and Simply Horses.
