Mom trying to load mod for 8 year old again. Today he had his blood drawn and I promised him a mod in return for his cooperation. He did great, but we're having trouble getting the mod he wants working.
I have MultiMC and he wants the shape shifter mod. I downgraded through MultiMC to 1.3.2 then downloaded the 1.3.2 shapeshifter mod. Drug the zipped folder to minecraft.jar tab in MultiMC and loaded game.
He presses G and U and Y in hopes of pulling up the shape shifter menu, but nothing happens.
I don'tthink you have to do that with multimc, i thought the program deleted META.INF for you?
No other mods, just the one on this
My bad, I didn't bother to look to far in that, However if you want to try it, then just delete the meta.inf anyway, If it doesn't work it doesn't work no losses. It is very possible MutliMC and shapeshifter just don't work together. But this is all I can think of. I normally just install it directly to a .jar.

I have spent the last few hours working on this AND I got it working.
FIRST. The shapeshifter.zip you download, You have to extract.
Keep going through the folders and stop once your inside the folder that says "files to put into minecraft.jar"
All those files (You need to select them all) And right click with all the class files selected including those other ones and send to .zip
This will make a new zip folder and use THAT one instead and it will work, Press U when your in game.
